Want to Know First.

Where do you actually service?

We cover Northwest Georgia and Northeast Alabama, including Rome, Cartersville, Cedartown, Rockmart, Lindale, Calhoun, Gaylesville, Centre, Cedar Bluff, Piedmont, and the surrounding communities. Tell us your address and we'll confirm coverage on the first call.

Will you take work outside that footprint?

Generally no. We stay where we can show up reliably. If you're nearby and the project warrants it, we'll have an honest conversation about whether we're the right fit.

Do you serve both Georgia and Alabama?

Yes. The Alabama side of our service area runs through Cherokee and Cleburne counties, including Centre, Gaylesville, Cedar Bluff, and Piedmont.

Do you handle both commercial and residential work?

Yes. Commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment, and residential customers in our service area. Same standard either way.

How big of a project will you take on?

We've run projects from a single rooftop unit up to multi-building, multi-trade construction. Same accountable team, scaled up. Tell us the scope and we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit.

Do you do refrigeration as well as HVAC?

Yes. Walk-in coolers, reach-in freezers, and all the supporting refrigeration equipment for commercial and food service. HVAC, refrigeration, and commercial kitchen all run under the same roof here.

Do you work on commercial kitchen equipment?

Pizza rollers, conveyor ovens, industrial ovens, fryers, and the supporting equipment that keeps a service line running. We diagnose, source parts, and repair fast.

Can you handle multi-site contracts?

Yes. One PM, one phone number, one set of eyes on the whole portfolio. We standardize PM schedules and take on capital projects across multiple buildings.

Are your technicians background-checked?

All of them. Required for the K12 work we do, and we keep that standard for every job. Schools, occupied buildings, residential, all of it.

Are you approved to work in K12 schools?

Yes. District approved staff, background checks on file, and experience working around bell schedules and student presence. We know how to conduct ourselves in an occupied school building.

Will the same technician show up next time?

When possible, yes. We try hard to keep continuity, especially on larger contracts and recurring PMs. On urgent calls you may get whoever is closest and available first so we can get the equipment back online sooner.

Why "no upsells"?

Because the industry has a problem with selling people equipment they don't need. If a repair will fix it, we repair it. If a replacement is genuinely the right call, we'll show you why and what the alternative looks like.

Is the quote price the price I pay?

Yes. The price you got at scope is the price at the end. Change orders go through you, not around you. No surprise add-ons at invoice time.

Do you charge for diagnostics?

Diagnostic fees vary by job type and location. We'll tell you up front what (if anything) the trip and diagnosis cost so there are no surprises.

Do you offer service contracts?

Yes. Quarterly, semi-annual, and annual PM contracts on commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment. Standard programs and custom programs. Multi-site contracts are common for us.

How fast can you respond?

Quote requests get a response within one business day. Critical equipment failures (coolers, kitchens, school HVAC) get prioritized. Call us directly for fast turnaround.

How quickly can you get a tech on site?

Depends on location, current load, and severity. For routine work in our core area, same week is typical. For critical commercial equipment, often same day.
